This December, I want to feature some of my favorite interviews from this year.  The first one I'm re-releasing is my conversation with Dr. Kristen Allott about her book, "Fuel Your Brain, Not Your Anxiety: Stop the Cycle of Worry, Fatigue, and Sugar Cravings with Simple Protein-Rich Foods".

This conversation with Dr. Allott was very impactful for me as she shared information relating to how blood sugar impacts our body's ability to regulate adrenaline, I shared my personal story with anxiety due to gestational diabetes while pregnant, and how discovering Dr. Allott's information during an online training changed my life.
